P30 PRO flash in fasboot mode Help.

Hi, i brick P30 Pro after downgrade (now is ver VOG-L29-161C431)With test point i put the phone in Huawiei USB COM 1.0 ,after that with other program change to fastboot mode.
I ask its posible to flash P30 pro (locked bootloader) with same version in fastboot mode?
